What data we collect and why. When you apply using our form, we receive the details you enter by email. Your referee sends their letter of recommendation to the same address. We use this information only to select participants and to organise participation in MAGIS 2027 and World Youth Day 2027. Information about health and dietary needs is voluntary and is used only for your safety during the trip.

Who we share it with. To register participants, we pass the necessary details to the MAGIS 2027 Korea Organising Committee (Korea Province of the Society of Jesus, Seoul). We do not share your data with anyone else.

Hosting. This website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

How long we keep it. Applications that do not lead to participation are deleted by 30 September 2027 at the latest. Participants' data is deleted once the trip has been completed and settled.

Your rights. You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Please write to info@wydmagis2027-ece.org.
